had an amazing stay at a hotel in pattaya. compass hospitality really impressed me with their location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. the pool was a highlight too - so relaxing! definitely exceeded my expectations for a romantic weekend.

Nice option among 5 stars hotels. Especially helpful staff with a smile. A wide range of spicy food for meals. Location so close to all the Arabic and Indian restaurants, a hour later the taxi cancelled, and Bali Hai Pier. Nearby Homer's Retreat - great place to chill out. Nice comfy base for exploring Pattaya...

Had a fairly nice stay here. Everything was fine, good service, favourable location short walk to Bali Hai Pier and Walking Street as well as Indian restaurants.

I recently stayed at Citrus Grande Hotel for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach. One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of Indian Street food stalls right outside the hotel. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. I also enjoyed the hotel's swimming pool, although the water was a bit too cold for my liking. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options.

Despite the positive aspects of my stay, there were a few disappointments. I found the majority of the staff to be unhelpful, except for one member.

The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. They are not overly polite, which can sometimes feel awkward. The hotel is newly opened and everything feels fresh. It is also not too large, which creates a cozy atmosphere.

I was impressed with the modern look and feel of the room at Citrus Grande Hotel. The lobby may have been a bit small, but the friendly receptionist made up for it with their speedy check-in process and positive attitude. The parking was a bit tight, but the security guard was extremely helpful in finding a vacant spot for my vehicle. I had a pleasant stay at Citrus Grande Hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and super helpful. The hotel itself was sparkling clean and had a beautiful and relaxing environment. I loved the smart system in the room, where all the lights were controlled by a smart touching system. It was such a cool feature! Another highlight was the pool view from our room, with the sound of water from the swimming pool creating a mini waterfall effect. It was so relaxing and refreshing. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to go to different places either by personal car or public transportation. The fact that it was close to the beach and the main bus terminal was a huge plus.

All was perfect during my stay.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and we liked the swimming pool and the breakfast. The swimming pool goes from one end of the hotel to the other, and it was perfect for relaxing while we enjoyed the sun. The breakfast was American style and provided plenty of options to choose from. , the hotel's location was ideal since we were able to easily visit nearby restaurants and attractions.

The room was not clean and had not been properly maintained. The bathroom was leaking from the sink, shower, and toilet, making it uncomfortable to use.

The breakfast selection was great and the pool was a good size. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were small and lacked privacy due to the glass divider in the bathroom. The noise level from outside the room was also disturbing and made for a poor night's sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was fantastic, close to the beach and just a short walk away from the main bus terminal. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always eager to please. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were sufficient and the breakfast spread was delicious.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

We loved the hospitality, staff, swimming pools, and rooms. The Christmas decorations were brilliant! We got an upgrade to two double rooms with an interconnecting door. The hotel offered great toiletries. Close to the beach and a 10-minute walk from the night street. Good value for the money.

Nothing to dislike!

The venue offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. The outdoor swimming pool is exceptional with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and a garden area. The restaurant food is of high quality with special diet menus available. The hotel's spa centre provides a range of massage treatments ensuring a relaxing stay.

The lobby is comparably small for such a large hotel, making check-in a bit slow. However, the staff member's attitude more than makes up for this minor inconvenience.
